Terms and Conditions

- Guarantee:
We guarantee products for 12 months from date of receipt. However the products must be used in accordance with the function for which they were made and in accordance with the relevant manufacturers recommendations.
The products must be used within the limits for which they were designed. However if the product is deemed unsuitable then providing that:-
(1). Equestrian & Country Leisure Ltd is notified within 3 Days from the date of receipt of the products, and
(2). The products are returned to us within 7 Days unused, unsoiled (i.e. Clean & Dry), and in their original packaging with all original labelling/leaflets, then
You will be entitled to a replacement or a refund.
HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE THAT SAFETY EQUIPMENT I.E. HUMAN BODY PROTECTORS AND HARD HATS CANNOT BE RETURNED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WITH ONE EXCEPTION ONLY - THAT ECLL DESPATCHED THE WRONG HAT OR HAT SIZE COMPARED TO THE ITEM(S) ORDERED BY THE CUSTOMER.
- Product Returns & Exchanges:
Unfortunately we cannot give any refund on items returned after 7 Days or on items that are damaged that have not been notified to us within 3 Days.

We strongly recommend that you retain proof of despatch as in the event of loss or damage during return transit we cannot provide any compensation.
We will send your Exchange Order to you free of charge.
- Clothing & Hygiene. (Health & Safety Act 1974):
We regret that due to potential health hazards and hygienic problems involved with the inspection of horse clothing, footwear and other allied products we are unable to handle any such products unless they are both clean and dry.
- Product Availability & Despatch:
(1). Our policy is to despatch goods the same day the order is received for goods that are in stock. Please note that the order must be received before 11.00 a.m to allow same day despatch.
(2). You will recieve your order 2/3 working days after the receipt of your order on our website.
(3). However, if due to the seasonal demand for a particular product or simply due to unusually high/unexpected demand meaning that it is not immediately available we will contact you and notify you of the soonest available delivery date.
- Ordering by Internet:
Please note that once you have placed/submitted an order via the online shop we cannot make any alterations to the contents of the order even by telephone or e-mail.
- Prices:
Prices include VAT @ 17.5% where applicable.
